HOW TO LOOK FOR A HOLIDAY HOME
There are four simple ways to search:
1. Interactive map:
starting with the selection of a province on the map and a simple form to fill in. It is a
seach system for situation and for the main characteristics of the property. It matches
closely the clients' demands.
Starting from the text box at the home page:

Search by town: you can write the name of a town and a list all the
properties in that town will appear.
3. Search by reference: if you have already seen a property and know its reference, you can enter the reference and the details you require will be brought up.
4. Search by Advertiser's Password: the advertisers' search system. Writing their secret password in the text box they can see a listing of their properties in the database.
Access to all search methodes is via our Home Page.
If we do not have a suitable property a further system of "Property Wanted" can be accesed.
CASASPAIN is a search system for holiday homes and a publicity service that works in the following way:

Internet allows developing a new technology for administrating databases for the
business of real state and tourist properties. You can insert in our database an unlimited
number of properties during one year. The plaintiffs enter our webpage for free and, by
means of a questionnaire, they filter the properties that adjust closely to their demands.
This process gives a reduced selection of properties in which yours will have an
outstanding position.
2. A WAY FOR INCREASING THE
CONTACTS
The plaintiffs will contact you through the connection that CASASPAIN® will
put at your disposal in each property announced. The contacts will increase in number
because Internet allows them to communicate in a quick, confortable and economic way by
e-mail. The people interested will contact you, from their own houses and at any hour of
the day, after seeing the description and pictures. YOUR CLIENTS HAVEN'T EVER HAD IT
EASIER!
3. THE PURCHASING POWER
The contacts will be increased in number but also in quality. This way you
will be able to reduce the number of fruitless contacts. Diverse grateful studies (The
General Study of Means in Spain, www.aimc.es, diverse
journalistic and university articles...), have revealed that the average age of the people
in Internet is from 25 to 45. They are very dynamical and they also have a high purchasing
power. Through the WWW in their companies, more and more executives contact each other.
Also the people who visit our website are very likely to rent or to buy, as they enter

Our basic service is advertising properties in our database but we also have
other complementary services. There is a free system of Properties in search, a section of
tourist information, announcements like "we have lodgements for (certain

8. INTERACTION WITH DEMAND
You will communicate your offers but the plaintiffs also tell us they
demands. We pick up the demands for properties that don't suit any of the announced and we
communicate them to you through the system "Properties wanted". You will be able
this way to know the changes in global demand and to announce properties or lodgings

Instructions to fill in the form for "Including property":
Advertiser's Password
It is a password you can choose freely with up to 7 characters without distinguishing between capital or small letters (or numbers). Nobody, apart from you and CASASPAIN will know about it. When you contact us you have to make reference to it. You will select it when filling the "Form for Joining Advertisers" and we will only change it if there already exists another identical one. When you receive your "Key confirmation" you can insert the properties by means of the e-form. You will be able to list all the properties announced writing it in the text box at the home page: see "Search for Advertiser's Password".
Property reference
Your clients will refer the property through it when they contact you. You will be able to check the insert of your property carrying out a "Search for reference".
Type of operation
When you carry out several operations with the same property (Ex: selling and letting it at the same time) you have to fill in as many forms of insertion as correspond (the forms "Insert property to let" and "Insert property for sell"). You should repeat all the data of the description as if it was two different properties, with two different references.

Brief description of the property
The description will appear in the first page of the selection. So you should take advantage including specific data that differenciate your property from the others. You also can include other characteristics which you are interested in emphasising. Keep in mind that when we plan vacations or carry out a transaction it is decisive to know the environment where the property is sited. This environment should be relatively near environment (not more than 25 kilometres).
VERY IMPORTANT: The text should have a telegraphic form for you have to make good use of the space provided. You don't have to elaborate complex sentences or include acronyms or initials.
Photographs
Don't forget sending us
10 photographs
of each property.
The pictures should have a good enough quality for being visualized perfectly on
the Internet. You should indicate the property reference on them.
You can opt for one of these shipment methods:
1 - The pictures not digitised in format paper (the habitual ones) or those digitalised in disk (from digital camera), can be sent to our post office box.
2- You can also scan the photographs and send them in JPG format.
